As Partnership Manager, you will build the ecosystem around Bewitt: the organizations and people who can help event teams find calmer, more reliable ways to run their work.
What you will do
- Identify and develop partnership opportunities with agencies, venues, associations, and event communities.
- Create partner motions that are valuable for both sides, not just logo swaps.
- Coordinate co-marketing, referrals, integrations conversations, customer introductions, and partner enablement.
- Report on partner pipeline, learnings, activation quality, and repeatable programs.
What success looks like
- Partners understand where Bewitt genuinely helps their customers or members.
- Partner activity creates qualified conversations, useful content, or credible market learning.
- Programs become repeatable enough that the team can scale them without losing trust.

Compensation: €40k-€70k.
