Community Manager

Grow a practical Bewitt community through useful conversations, social presence, and lightweight event moments.

This role is about helping event professionals feel seen, connected, and part of a practical community around better event operations, without turning every interaction into a sales pitch.

What you will do

  • Grow Bewitt community channels through useful conversations, social listening, and consistent presence.
  • Plan lightweight community moments, online sessions, and event-adjacent activities that create real exchange.
  • Listen for recurring questions, stories, and frustrations from event professionals.
  • Work with content and partnerships to turn community learning into useful material.

What success looks like

  • Community channels feel active, relevant, and human, not scheduled for the sake of posting.
  • Recurring questions and stories become content ideas, product signals, or partnership openings.
  • Event professionals see Bewitt as a useful voice in their world before they become customers.

Compensation: €20k-€40k.
