This freelance role is for people who know what happens when event technology meets a real venue, a real queue, a changing schedule, and a team that needs answers quickly.
What you will do
- Advise customers on registration flows, access rules, check-in operations, engagement moments, and event-day workflows.
- Configure Bewitt for complex event formats, sponsor needs, staffing constraints, and onsite realities.
- Support selected events remotely or onsite when the project scope requires it.
- Feed practical implementation lessons back into product, customer success, and documentation.
What success looks like
- Organizers have a setup plan that works in the venue, not only in a planning document.
- Edge cases are surfaced before they become queue, access, or communication problems.
- Your project lessons help Bewitt become easier to configure next time.
You may be a good fit if
- You have hands-on experience with events, venues, production, or event tech.
- You can make complex operational choices feel simple for customers.
- You are comfortable working project-by-project with clear scopes.
How we work in this role
- We prefer clear runbooks, practical defaults, and direct escalation paths over vague best practices.
- AI can help inspect plans, draft checklists, and summarize risks, but live-event judgment belongs to experienced people.
- Every implementation should teach us something reusable about product, process, or customer education.
Compensation: €25-€60/hour.
