As Product Manager, you will help Bewitt decide what matters next by staying close to organizers, understanding where event work becomes fragile, and shaping focused product bets a small team can actually ship.
What you will do
- Prioritize product work from customer insight, business goals, and technical reality.
- Run discovery with organizers and translate learning into crisp product decisions.
- Write clear scopes, acceptance criteria, rollout notes, and release communication for cross-functional work.
- Measure whether shipped work improves the workflows we intended to improve.
What success looks like
- The roadmap is easier to explain because it is tied to real customer and business outcomes.
- Engineering and design have enough context to make good decisions without constant clarification.
- Shipped work is reviewed against the behavior it was meant to change.
You may be a good fit if
- You can bring structure without slowing a small team down.
- You are comfortable saying no, explaining why, and finding the next useful step.
- You care deeply about the customer workflow, not only the roadmap artifact.
How we work in this role
- We use AI to summarize feedback, compare options, draft specs, and inspect edge cases, but product judgment stays accountable.
- We prefer small, well-framed bets over large vague initiatives.
- A good product decision makes the next engineering, design, support, and sales decisions clearer.
