Partnership Manager

Build partner channels with agencies, associations, venues, communities, and event service providers.

As Partnership Manager, you will build the ecosystem around Bewitt: the organizations and people who can help event teams find calmer, more reliable ways to run their work.

What you will do

  • Identify and develop partnership opportunities with agencies, venues, associations, and event communities.
  • Create partner motions that are valuable for both sides, not just logo swaps.
  • Coordinate co-marketing, referrals, integrations conversations, customer introductions, and partner enablement.
  • Report on partner pipeline, learnings, activation quality, and repeatable programs.

What success looks like

  • Partners understand where Bewitt genuinely helps their customers or members.
  • Partner activity creates qualified conversations, useful content, or credible market learning.
  • Programs become repeatable enough that the team can scale them without losing trust.

You may be a good fit if

  • You are good at building trust over time.
  • You can turn a broad network into a concrete partnership plan.
  • You understand events or can learn the industry quickly.

How we work in this role

  • We prefer fewer, better partnerships over a long list of inactive logos.
  • AI can help with partner research, account mapping, message variants, and meeting notes, but relationship quality is the real work.
  • A good partnership should make the market clearer for both sides.

Compensation: €40k-€70k.
