Bewitt needs a marketing operations specialist who can make demand generation measurable, respectful, and practical for a small team that wants signal over noise.
What you will do
- Build and maintain campaigns across email, forms, landing pages, and CRM workflows.
- Track funnel performance and surface the metrics that should actually change decisions.
- Improve lead capture, enrichment, nurturing, segmentation, and handoff to sales.
- Keep the marketing stack, campaign taxonomy, and reporting tidy enough for a small team to move quickly.
What success looks like
- Campaigns are easy to launch, measure, compare, and improve.
- Sales receives cleaner context and fewer low-signal handoffs.
- The team can see which channels, messages, and segments deserve more attention.
