Tickets, deposits, and participant access.
Free events, paid tickets, clear pricing, custom quotes, and payment adjustments.
Tickets, deposits, and participant access.
Can I run a free event?
Yes. Free events can still use registrations, participant access, agenda, check-ins, sponsors, feedback, reporting, and engagement tools. Free should not mean held together by email threads.
Can I sell tickets?
Yes. Paid public events can use ticket checkout before participants receive event access. Ticket sales include a 2.25% Bewitt commission plus payment processor fees. Free and paid events both keep participant records in the same place.
How does self-service pricing work?
The public Bewitt platform formula is easy on purpose: a configured base price, a per-event-day price, and a per-participant price in the event currency. Ticket payment processor fees and ticket commissions are separate when paid ticketing is enabled.
What happens if I expect more than 500 participants?
Events above the self-service limit go through a custom quote, so capacity, setup, and support can be agreed before anyone starts making promises.
Can Bewitt Credit reduce payments?
Yes. Available Bewitt Credit can reduce eligible deposits, plan adjustments, after-event balances, and custom domain setup fees when the payment flow supports credit.
How do rewards store payments work?
The rewards store can use points, money, or mixed redemption rules. Online event product sales include a 1.5% Bewitt commission plus payment processor fees. Money-based rewards require Stripe Connect payouts or enabled cash handling, so the organizer stays in control of fulfillment.
