Getting into the right event.
Which password or PIN should I use?
Start with the event you are trying to open. Public events usually use the password you created for that event. Private or invited events usually use the 4-digit invite PIN from the organizer. If a PIN or password does not work, check that you are using the same email address the organizer invited or registered.
I used a PIN before. Will a new password replace it?
No. A password created for another event does not replace the PIN from your private event. Each event keeps its own access method.
I created a password before. Will an invite PIN replace it?
No. The invite PIN is only for the private event where it was assigned. Your previous password remains valid for the event where you created it.
Why is my email already filled in if I am not inside the event?
Bewitt may remember your email from an invite link or a previous form to save time. For privacy, you still need the right password or invite PIN before opening an event.
What is My Events?
My Events shows the events linked to your email after you sign in with a valid event password or invite PIN. It helps you reopen joined events without filling the join form again.
What can I do inside the participant app?
Depending on the event, you may see the home page, agenda, check-in camera, sponsors, leaderboard, missions, quizzes, rewards, networking, and your profile. The organizer decides what is useful for that event.
Can I use the same email for multiple events?
Yes. Your email can be connected to more than one event. After you authenticate, My Events helps you find current, upcoming, and past events linked to that address.
I lost my invite PIN. What should I do?
Ask the event organizer to resend the invitation or update your PIN from their participant list. Use the email address from the invitation when you ask, so they can find the right participant record. Bewitt cannot show old PINs after they are saved.
