No hidden fees. No enterprise sales call. No mystery pricing. Start with €54.00, add €5.50 per event day and €0.55 per participant, then only add paid tickets, event-store sales, a custom domain, or hands-on help if the event needs them.

Self-service pricing is available up to 500 participants. Larger or more complex events can request a custom quote.
Ticket and event store sales
Free events do not pay sales commission. Paid tickets and paid event store items require Stripe Connect so revenue can be paid to the organizer after Bewitt commission and processor fees.
Bewitt commission on tickets sold through the event checkout. Stripe/payment processor fees are separate.
Bewitt commission on paid merchandise, vouchers, rewards, or other event store items sold online. Money-based event store sales require Stripe Connect.
Optional add-ons
Connect your own event domain when the URL needs to feel fully branded. Bewitt subdomains remain available for self-service setup.

The formula above is the standard self-service price. Some organizers can claim Bewitt Credit, event-fee coverage, or other campaign rewards when the market, timing, eligibility, and claim limits match.

Share your unique referral link. When a new organizer publishes their first Bewitt event, the referrer receives €100 credit and the new organizer receives €100 credit.
